UVC Sterilization Robot
Sterilization robot is a ageneral-purpose robot with wheel chassisand ultraviolet sterilization lamp. It is suitable for shopping malls, families, schools, office areas and other places where sterilization can be blocked. The robot is equipped with lidar, which can realize omni-directional scanning and ranging detection of the surrounding environment.
According to the obtained contour map, carry out planned disinfection and sterilization to avoid adverse effect caused by close tracking contact of human body. The robot is driven by high density lithium
battery, which is maintenance free and has a long cycle. In the terms of disinfection and sterilization, the robot is equipped with 8pcs ultraviolet lamps to achieve 360°all-round coverage disinfect ,with accumulated light intensity of 936UV/cm2 and coverage radius of no less than 6m, which has a good disinfect effect on environmental surface and air.
The robot body is equipped with a human body sensing module. In the process of operation, the ultraviolet light will turn off automatically after sensing the presence of human body, so as to avoid harm to human body.
Basic Operation
Note: Charging instructions- Put the charging pile in a properposition, plug it and the robot will recharge automatically.
Human induction instruction- The sensor will automatically turn o the UV light when sensing the human.
Battery replacement instructions
The following operations shall be carried out when the main power supply of the robot is turned o. The robot body and the ultraviolet lamp stop working.
1.After loosening the four screws at the back of the body, remove the battery port cover plate.
2.Find the cable connecting the battery, unplug the separation adapter, and then take the batter yout of the body.
3.Finally, insert the new battery in to the original position, connect the adapter and lock the battery port cover plate to complete the replacement.
